Cora received her degree from the University of Connecticut. Her interest in a nutrition career started at 13 years old, when she began eating a vegetarian diet and discovered how food choices affect much of our wellbeing.
Cora has a passion for teaching sustainability, mindful living, and community health outreach. She has worked and studied in Connecticut, California, Costa Rica, and Hawaii. Cora’s dietitian career is woven with ideologies and principles from her education as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Organic Farmer.
She loves practicing yoga, being outside, cooking, gardening, and reading!
