Amy is licensed and registered dietitian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Colorado State University and a Master of Education degree in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati. She has over 25 years of experience providing nutrition counseling to individuals and groups of all ages.
Her experience includes working with clients to understand the important relationship between food and mental health. She assists clients with meal planning for mood stability, stress reduction and craving control. She provides personally tailored meal plans for weight loss and chronic disease management.
Amy has a passion for food and teaching others to develop a positive connection with food to improve health and wellness. She empowers clients to make positive lifestyle changes through engagement including shopping, cooking and meal preparation.
She has an extensive background in worksite wellness, tele-health, weight management, eating disorders and chronic disease management. She works with children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
