I am a Registered Dietitian based in Boulder, Colorado with a background in nutritional biochemistry, behavior change, and clinical nutrition. I bring a unique and holistic approach to nutrition counseling. My goal is to help clients create long term lifestyle and habit changes that allow them to trust themselves to make healthy and joyful nutrition choices. I bring a deep understanding of nutrition ‘to the table’- from the molecular level up to the meal on your dinner plate. I will help you navigate your personal health & wellness goals with an evidenced based and individually tailored approach.
I specialize in working with chronic diseases, diabetes and pre-diabetes, women’s health, pediatric and maternal nutrition, sports nutrition, and plant-based nutrition/ sustainable diets. I’m passionate about using nutrition as a tool for health. I provide non-judgmental and evidence-based guidance, and utilize behavior change strategies to help clients develop and achieve health and wellness goals.
I studied biochemical & molecular nutrition and behavior change from Tufts University (MS), trained at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and worked as a clinical in-patient dietitian at Boston Children’s Hospital. Earlier in my career I worked at an organic infant food company on social impact and sustainability programs.
