I am a Registered Dietitian with a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with an emphasis in Health Promotion from Southeast Missouri State University. I completed my Dietetic Internship through Southeast Missouri State University in the Greater St. Louis area. After graduation, I went on to work as an inpatient dietitian at a local hospital, and later transitioned into an outpatient dietitian role. As an outpatient dietitian, I discovered my passion of working with individuals with diabetes or who are at risk for diabetes, to better control their blood sugars through balanced nutrition.
I teach clients to make manageable changes in their daily eating habits to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. I believe that when you eat good, you feel good!
