Christa Smith is a Registered Dietitian based in Cedarville, OH. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Dallas Baptist University, where she also competed on the golf team. Christa then went on to complete the coordinated program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center to receive her Master of Clinical Nutrition and complete her internship hours. Christa is on a mission to help others feel confident in their food choices without feeling deprived, no matter the goal!
Currently, Christa is studying with the International Olympic Committee and learning from some of the top experts in the field of sports nutrition as well as working with Division II athletes at Cedarville University. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages and defines an athlete as anyone who intentionally moves their body. Christa is also certified in Culinary Nutrition and enjoys bridging the gap between recommendations and action with a hand-on-approach to each person’s situation. She desires to collaborate and create a tailored, personalized plan to help goals be realized. Christa also enjoys teaching nutrition, supporting local farms, and reaching underserved areas. In her free time, you can find Christa spending time with her family, being active outside, and cooking up yummy dishes!
