Haley has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She has a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and minor in Psychology from the University of New Haven and M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Saint Joseph, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She is a fitness enthusiast, but focuses mainly on weight lifting and running. She is currently studying to become a personal trainer so that she can combine both fitness and nutrition to help her clients maximize results. She grew up in Vermont but completed her education and first 2 years working as a bariatric RD in Connecticut before relocating to Maryland in 2019.
Haley follows the approach that “all foods fit,” meaning all foods play a role in our diet and you do not need to have a restrictive dietary lifestyle to meet your goals. Her main interests in nutrition include sports nutrition, eating disorders, intuitive eating, family nutrition, weight loss counseling and bariatric nutrition. Haley is a foodie and loves finding healthy alternatives! Her goal is to help her clients find a healthy lifestyle that fits their individual needs. She is a firm believer that health has a different meaning for everyone and you can achieve health at every size.
