Jenna is a Registered Dietitian with B.S. in Nutrition from Keene State College, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She believes that clients should have the power to choose foods that work for their life and personal goals. Through education and helping the client to build confidence, Jenna helps others to make sustainable lifestyle changes, without feeling restricted.
Jenna has a background in fitness instructing, including training military and their families. She also completed a Sports Nutrition rotation at Dartmouth College during her internship, where she worked with various athletic teams and individual athletes. Knowing that each client is truly unique, Jenna uses this approach to ensure each client is able to reach their goals and beyond.
Jenna enjoys kayaking, snowboarding, gardening, and spending time with her 3 fur-children.
