Jessica is a Registered Dietitian with a B.S. in Nutrition and a Minor in Psychology from The University of Massachusetts Amherst. She completed her Dietetic Internship through Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
With experience in weight management, disease prevention, adult and pediatric community nutrition, emotional and mindful eating, meal planning and cooking, Jessica is eager to help all individuals reach their nutrition and health goals. Her philosophy is to meet a client where they are and create a personalized plan that will help them make realistic changes for long term health. She believes that creating manageable goals, staying accountable, and recognizing small improvements are vital steps to true lifestyle change. Health means something different to everyone, and Jessica believes the key to finding your optimal health is striking a balance between wellness, mindfulness and happiness.
