Katrina Parsons, RD, LD

    Katrina is a Registered Dietitian with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Maine. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Murray State University in Kentucky. Since then, Katrina has worked in the field of dietetics in various settings, ranging from inpatient, outpatient, cardiac rehab and home health to food service and culinary nutrition.

    Katrina utilizes her wide variety of experience to help clients foster a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through education, meal planning, and undivided support on their journey. Katrina has experience working with individuals of all ages. She focuses on working with everyone to determine their personal goals and develop a customized plan of care.

    Her personal philosophy on nutrition is that a one size fits all approach does not work. Every person has unique nutritional needs and recognizing these is imperative to helping clients reach their goals. Her goal with each client is to take the fear out of food and help them foster a healthy relationship with food.
