Laura Asbury is a Registered Dietitian with Nutrition In Motion. She graduated from The University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a Masters of Science in Sports Nutrition. Laura has experience working with a wide variety of athletes and active individuals from runners, swimmers, football and soccer players, hikers, weekend warriors, gym goers, triathletes and more. Most recently, Laura came from Florida State University where she helped fuel the football team. She is also a certified strength and conditioning coach and loves to combine exercise with nutrition to help you learn how to properly fuel your body. Laura also has a passion for mindful eating and helping clients improve their relationship with food and exercise.
As a Registered Dietitian, Laura will work closely with you to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is weight loss, weight gain, body recomposition, building muscle, improving your race time or performance, learning more about nutrition or establishing a healthy relationship with food, Laura can work with you to accomplish your goals. She understands that nutrition should be individualized and will work with you to create a realistic plan that provides you with the tools and support you need to reach your goals.
