I earned my Bachelors Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University. I also studied at the University of Texas where I earned my Masters Degree in Sports Science and Nutrition.
During my career I have worked in a variety of settings helping clients with a multitude of nutritional needs. Through the years, I have learned a lot not only about food but also about people and their relationship with food. There is no one size fits all approach to nutrition and health, and thinking that there is only leads to frustration and a lack of results. I highly discourage my clients from completely cutting out entire food groups. If you decide to start this journey with me, I’ll make sure that the things you enjoy are still part of your life.
