Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and then went on to complete her dietetic internship at the University of Connecticut. Her goal is to empower her clients to make food and lifestyle choices that will result in joyful and wholesome living.
Rachel has experience working with student-athletes, geriatric populations, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, low-income and minority populations, and a wide variety of medical diagnoses manageable with nutrition therapy. Her true passion lies in helping others make sustainable lifestyle changes that stick, and she promotes attainable and realistic goal-setting along the way. She believes in the power of balanced nutrition and uses a hands-on approach to assist clients in meeting their individualized goals. In her free time, you can find Rachel creating new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with friends, family, and her pets.
