Sharon Jacks-Libby, RD, LD

    I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA, then completed my dietetic internship at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

    As a Registered Dietitian of over 16 years, my experience has been widely varied, including acute and long term care, dialysis, and outpatient counseling.  My passion is to bring family and friends together for shared meal times and reconnection with the hope of decreasing stress and signs and symptoms of chronic illness.  I use a positive energy, non-judgemental approach that encourages “food is medicine” and healthy lifestyle to address individual needs.
