Shelagh is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Shelagh believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition. Growing up enjoying cooking and eating, Shelagh is a strong believer that while food is fuel, it should also be enjoyed. She has a background in meal planning and mindful eating, helping clients to foster a positive relationship with food and nutrition. She is eager to help clients feel their best and optimize their health with sustainable lifestyle changes.
