I am a Registered Dietitian, originally from Pennsylvania, where I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at West Chester University. I moved to Boston and attended Merrimack College to earn my Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Science, while also completing my Dietetic Internship with Wellness Workdays.
I worked for the Boston Celtics alongside their lead Dietitian where I planned and cooked meals for each of the players. I want to continue to work with athletes who want to improve their performance and energy levels, as well as individuals who may be struggling with finding the right eating routine. I use my Instagram account @caitsplate_ to share my daily routine, new recipes and to spread nutrition education. Nutrition has always played a huge role in my life, and I want to spread nutritional awareness in the community because I know how much it can positively impact someone’s life.
My goal is to help people reach their goals in a sustainable way, as well as teach them how to make better decisions and why certain choices are better. I want to make nutrition a little bit easier so that people can make lifelong changes.
