Liz Gilbane is a Registered Dietitian and lifelong foodie who is passionate about the impact food and lifestyle have on our health and wellbeing. She completed her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Hotel Administration and spent several years working in the Food & Beverage Industry prior to pursuing a career in nutrition. Liz fell in love with nutrition through her own health journey. Living with an autoimmune disease shifted the way she views food and opened her eyes to the impact it has on our bodies. Liz completed her DPD (Didactic Program of Dietetics) at New York University and her Dietetic Internship with Sodexo. In addition, Liz completed a concentration in Pediatric Nutrition at St. Mary’s Palm Beach Children’s Hospital.
Liz works with clients of all ages and nutrition needs. She provides her clients with guidance, support, and motivation paired with the creation of achievable and long-lasting lifestyle changes that help her clients meet and sustain their wellness goals. Liz will work with your current diet and lifestyle preferences and make small, manageable tweaks to ensure lifelong results. A true foodie at heart, Liz promotes an all-foods-fit approach. This allows you to continue to find the joy in exploring new foods, recipes, and restaurants, while still achieving your health goals.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Liz now splits her time between Palm Beach, Florida and the Jersey Shore with her husband, JJ. In her free time, Liz enjoys cooking, Pilates, yoga, tennis, golf, traveling, antiquing, and most importantly, spending time with friends and family!
