Carrie Lyons is a registered dietitian nutritionist who uses a client–centered approach to identify individual strategies and strengths that can be drawn upon to help adults and families reach their health and wellness goals. She understands the challenges and rewards of planning and preparing meals and snacks and believes that putting good food on the table is always worth the effort. Her goal is to help clients find the right tools to make lasting lifestyles changes that support good health while maintaining eating as one of life’s great pleasures.
Carrie has worked with adults and children in a variety of nutrition counseling, education and worksite wellness settings. She has training in intuitive eating and health coaching and holds a certificate of weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Carrie received her nutrition education from The Pennsylvania State University and Dietetic Internship training through Utah State University.
