Nutrition is a complex subject that can often be seen as intimidating or contradicting with the influence of misinformation in the media today. Gina is passionate about combatting the idea that one quick fix or fad diet can work for all. Gina strongly believes that using an individualized approach to nutrition with each client is important in order to prevent or manage chronic conditions and to optimize overall health.
