Suzanne is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and ages to eat well and live well.
She graduated with a degree in nutrition from Keene State College and completed her dietetic internship at University of California Berkeley. Her nutrition career began 20 years ago as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador, where she learned to speak Spanish. She has continued to use her Spanish in her work.
Her most recent experiences have been in the realm of corporate wellness and nutrition education focusing on hands on cooking classes, one on one counseling, group classes and grocery store tours. Her areas of expertise include weight management, cardio vascular disease, diabetes, and prenatal and post-natal health. She focuses on her client’s strengths, helping them make lasting realistic lifestyle changes. She also enjoys teaching people how to understand pertinent nutrition information and gives them practical realistic plans that the clients can successfully implement.
