Kylie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a degree in Dietetics from the University of Delaware. Kylie completed her Dietetic Internship through Florida Hospital Orlando in Orlando, FL.
Kylie discovered her love of nutrition through her own health journey. By making changes to diet and lifestyle, Kylie achieved a healthy weight, increased energy levels, clearer skin, and improvements in her mental health. Throughout her health journey, Kylie found her passion for cooking healthy recipes that she shares on her Instagram, @kylieatshealthy. Kylie’s areas of expertise include weight management, gut health, meal planning, emotional/mindful eating, cardiovascular disease, and fighting inflammation.
