Marta Graham, MS, RDN, LD, RYT-200

    Marta earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati, her Masters Degree in Information Management from Syracuse University, and completed her Dietetic Internship at Syracuse University. Marta began her career in Health and Wellness developing and implementing corporate wellness programs. She then was employed at Syracuse University as the campus dietitian, counseling and educating the student population as well as overseeing the nutrition and meal offerings at the university-wide dining centers. Throughout the next fifteen years, Marta participated in an exciting career where she both worked with the patient population in functional and integrative nutrition, and also used her IT background in many roles, more recently developing and managing online integrative wellness and nutrition programs.

    Marta currently sees patients in private practice and employs various modalities for helping her patients establish sound, therapeutic nutrition habits. She believes that proper nutrition is more than just eating nutritious foods, but that genetics, thoughts, and self-care habits all have an impact on the ability to optimally assimilate foods and to create well-being and good health. Marta is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and uses yoga as a complementary therapeutic tool for her patients and also in her own life through her personal practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and other outdoor activities.
