Brittany received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. She completed her Coordinated Master of Public Health (MPH) and dietetic internship at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Passionate about optimizing nutrition to improve mental health and mood disorders, Brittany is a Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian that works with her clients to deliver effective, individualized and comprehensive nutrition care to stabilize mood, increase energy, and improve overall health. With a background in nutritional epidemiology, Functional nutrition, mind and gut health, food sensitivities, metabolomics, community nutrition, and weight management, Brittany utilizes a multitude of holistic and evidence-based treatment modalities rooted in principles of Food as Medicine and whole person health, to address underlying causes of disease.
