Michelle Hornsby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of High and Low Tide Nutrition. Michelle earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University in Virginia and a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Long Island University in New York. She completed her Dietetic Internship through Prairie View Texas A&M University.
With close to 10 years of nutrition experience, Michelle has been working with kidney disease patients for over 8 years. She enjoys empowering patients to improve their quality of life through health. Michelle believes that a person’s relationship with food is different with each stage of their life and it takes small realistic changes to make their journey manageable.
She wants clients to feel like food does not have to be burdensome or overly complicated and will work with you so you can comfortably reach your nutrition goals. Michelle is newly married and a mother of a vivacious and adventurous 2 year old daughter and a rescued mutt named Fritz. She lives by the beach and takes any adventure with her family when she can get the chance.
