Sundried Tomato Pesto

Sundried tomato pesto
– 1 cup sundried tomatoes
– 1/4 cup walnuts (or pine nuts for traditional pesto)
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 cup fresh basil
– 1/3 cup grated parmasean (or nutritional yeast if vegan/DF)
– juice of 1 lemon
– 1/3-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
– salt (to taste), turmeric, & black pepper

Purée everything in a food processor, streaming in the olive oil as you go, and scraping down the sides as needed.
