I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer based out of Oklahoma City. After earning my Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, I went on to complete my Master’s in Food and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma.
My experience as a dietitian and personal trainer has given me the unique opportunity to witness the extensive impact nutrition has on health and wellness. My approach is to guide and educate my clients on how to nourish your body in a sustainable and enjoyable way, not to give a “one size fits all” plan.
